Return Policy
Thank you for supporting our events through our Premade Event Boxes! Each box is carefully assembled just for you with hand-selected materials and supplies from the original event. Because these items are custom prepared and often include perishable, consumable, or specialty products:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or missing items: If your box arrives with an item that is damaged or missing, please reach out to us within 48 hours. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or similar substitution when possible.

Pick-up deadlines: Boxes are held for pick-up for 7 days after you are notified that your order is ready. After this time, unclaimed boxes cannot be refunded or replaced.
